Foreside Financial Group acquired the regulatory compliance business of Integrated Compliance Solutions Group (ICSGroup), a Hartford-based compliance services firm focused on asset managers and emerging managers. The add-on expands Foreside's technology-enabled governance, risk and compliance capabilities for hedge funds, private equity and other alternative investment managers; financial terms were not disclosed.
