Fort Technology to Acquire 50.1% of Logia USA (Data Center Fuel Integrity)

Fort Technology Inc. entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire 50.1% of Logia USA Inc. from its founder Yair Harel in exchange for about US$125,000 of Fort common shares. The deal is structured with an equity rebalancing mechanism and a related license agreement enabling Logia USA to develop and commercialize automated fuel integrity systems in the United States.
