FH Capital Acquires 75.1% of JinkoSolar’s U.S. Manufacturing Unit

FH Capital entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 75.1% majority stake in Jinko Solar (U.S.) Industries Inc., JinkoSolar’s U.S. subsidiary, for a controlling ownership position. The deal covers JinkoSolar’s 2 GW solar module manufacturing facility and its growing battery energy storage systems (BESS) business; JinkoSolar will retain a 24.9% minority stake.

PGT Innovations Acquires Martin Door Holdings

Martin, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, generated about $60 million of expected 2022 sales and ~173 employees; the acquisition is intended to broaden PGT’s Western U.S. footprint and create cross-selling and operational synergies.

Fortune Brands Acquires Aqualisa

Fortune Brands Acquires LARSON Manufacturing

LARSON, headquartered in Brookings, South Dakota, with roughly $390 million in revenue and about 1,200 employees, expands Fortune Brands' outdoor living and door product portfolio and is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings.
