Camp Lake Capital has sold Electrical Cable Specialists, LLC (ECS) to Emerald Lake Capital Management. ECS is a specialty cable distributor and project integrator serving power generation, industrial, transit and rail, data center, renewables, and transmission and substation markets. The transaction closed on July 2, 2026; financial terms were not disclosed.

Einride AB Goes Public via Business Combination with Legato Merger Corp. III (NYSE/Nasdaq)

Einride AB, a technology company focused on electric and autonomous freight, entered into a definitive business combination with Legato Merger Corp. III to take Einride public. The transaction was supported by a $113 million oversubscribed PIPE and additional crossover financing, valuing Einride at about $1.35 billion pre-money, with Einride expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under ticker ENRD (and warrants ENRDW).

Last Mile, one of the UK’s largest independent network owners that designs, builds, owns and operates last-mile electricity, gas, water and wastewater networks, will benefit from the partnership to support growth and energy-transition opportunities across the UK. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.
