FotoFinder (EMZ Partners) Acquires DermLite from DW Healthcare Partners

FotoFinder Systems GmbH, a portfolio company of EMZ Partners, has acquired DermLite Holdco I, Inc. from DW Healthcare Partners' Founders Fund. The deal combines DermLite’s California-based dermatoscope and imaging hardware business with FotoFinder’s global skin imaging platform to create a stronger global player in digital dermoscopy and early skin cancer detection.
