FTV Capital Acquires Maritime AI Leader Windward

FTV Capital has completed a take-private acquisition of Windward, the maritime AI and analytics platform, delisting the company from the London Stock Exchange and establishing it as a privately held U.S. company. FTV will support Windward's product development and U.S. go-to-market expansion, and has joined the company's board to accelerate growth in government and commercial end markets.
