Fullscript Acquires Emerson Ecologics

Fullscript, a care delivery platform for integrative medicine, has completed the acquisition of Emerson Ecologics, a longtime distributor of professional-grade supplements. The deal nearly doubles Fullscript's annual revenue and increases its practitioner reach to more than 70,000 healthcare professionals and over 5 million patients, expanding product assortment, diagnostic testing access and distribution capacity.
