Fusion (a global BPO) acquired Boomsourcing, a full-service outsourcing and call center provider headquartered in Lehi, Utah, in April 2022. The acquisition expands Fusion's global footprint (notably in North America and the Philippines) and strengthens its lead generation, sales program and white-glove customer experience capabilities.
