The acquisition expands Middleby’s product portfolio into craft and specialty liquid filling and canning equipment, adding engineered manufacturing capabilities and access to the craft beverage end market.

ProMach Acquires HMC Products

ProMach Acquires MBF, Italy-based Bottle-Filling Specialist

ProMach has acquired MBF, a Verona, Italy-based manufacturer of rinsing, filling, and closing machines for the wine and distilled spirits industries. The acquisition expands ProMach's filling and closing capabilities and broadens its global reach in the spirits and wine markets; MBF’s leadership team will remain in place and the company’s ~200 employees will join ProMach’s Primary Packaging business line.

Ellab Acquires PharmaSys, Inc.

Pender & Acorn Acquire Four Software Companies from Pluribus Technologies

Pender Growth Fund Inc., together with Acorn Partners Inc., completed the acquisition of four technology subsidiaries from Pluribus Technologies for aggregate cash consideration of C$17.0 million. The businesses — POWR Inc., Rowanwood Professional Services Ltd., Cranham Haig Ltd. (CHL Software / DocMoto) and Assured Software Ltd. — will be held under a newly formed, majority-owned holding company, Pender Software Holdings Ltd., and continue to be led by their existing management teams.

ProMach Acquires TechniBlend

The deal expands ProMach's upstream processing technologies and strengthens its ability to offer turnkey processing-to-packaging solutions across food, beverage, chemical and personal care markets.
