Framestore, with investment backing from private equity firms Crestview Partners and Aleph Capital, has acquired Company 3 / Method (C3M) to create a combined global creative and post-production studio. The transaction brings together Framestore's VFX and production capabilities with C3M's post-production expertise and scale (approximately 3,500 artists), positioning the enlarged business to address growing demand from film, television, streaming and advertising clients.
