Echo Global Logistics Acquires Fastmore Logistics

Echo Global Logistics, a Chicago-based provider of technology-enabled transportation and supply chain services, acquired Fastmore Logistics, a Chicagoland non-asset-based transportation broker focused on serving international freight forwarders. Taylored Fulfillment Services Acquires U.S. Operations of Toll Global Logistics

Taylored Fulfillment Services, together with FMI International and Joseph DeSaye, closed the acquisition of the U.S. operations of Toll Global Logistics from Toll Group. The deal adds more than 4.1 million square feet across port-centric facilities in Los Angeles/Long Beach, New York, Miami and Louisville, tripling Taylored’s footprint in key distribution metros and expanding its port-to-door 3PL capabilities.

NFI Acquires Transfix Freight Brokerage Operation

NFI acquired Transfix's freight brokerage operation, adding more than 15,000 carriers to its carrier network and integrating Transfix's brokerage capabilities with its existing logistics platform. Transfix will divest the brokerage business to focus entirely on its software and data solutions (the Transfix Intelligent Freight Platform), with NFI becoming the first third-party customer of Transfix's TMS.

Callbox Logistics Acquires Majority Stake in JMC Global Concierge Logistics
