Visterra Landscape Group Acquires H&M Landscaping

Visterra Landscape Group, a commercial landscaping platform, has acquired Cleveland-based H&M Landscaping, a provider of commercial landscape and snow & ice management services. The deal (effective immediately) expands Visterra's service footprint across northern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and northeast Indiana; H&M will retain its leadership team and nearly 300 employees.

Liberty will remain locally led by founders Christy and Tray Rohlf as part of Visterra's national commercial landscaping platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

Visterra Landscape Group, a commercial landscaping platform headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, has acquired Boston-based Herzog Landscape Solutions, founded by Scott Herzog in 1989. The deal expands Visterra's South Shore Boston operations, adds leadership and operational assets, and brings nearly 1,000 commercial clients to Visterra's Northeast footprint.

Trinity Hunt Partners’ commercial landscaping platform, Visterra Landscape Group, announced that Oberson's Nursery & Landscapes and Dyna-Mist have joined the Visterra platform. The add-on partnerships expand the platform’s footprint in the Midwest (Oberson's) and the Dallas/Fort Worth area (Dyna-Mist) and will be led by new CEO Alan Handley to support continued geographic expansion and operational resources for partner companies.

Visterra Landscape Group Acquires Cru Cutters (Florence, KY)

The acquisition provides a strategic branch for Visterra partner companies GroundsPRO and Oberson's to expand commercial landscaping and snow & ice removal services in the region.

Riverview Landscapes Acquires All State Landscape Services

Riverview Landscapes, a PE-backed landscaping platform (owned by Talus Holdings and management), has acquired All State Landscape Services LLC, a commercial landscaping and snow services provider based in New Britain, Connecticut. The acquisition is Riverview's first expansion into Connecticut and its 16th deal since 2022; All State's founder will remain in a consulting role while the longtime general manager will lead Riverview's Greater Hartford branch.
