The deal is Calligo’s tenth acquisition, its first in the United States, and expands Calligo’s Data Insights capabilities by adding Decisive Data’s data science, analytics and visualization expertise.

Accenture Acquires UK-based AI Consultancy Decho

Accenture has acquired Decho, a UK-based technology and AI consultancy and Palantir strategic alliance partner, to strengthen its Palantir and generative AI capabilities for health, government, defense and commercial clients. Decho's team of roughly 40 specialist engineers will be integrated into Accenture's Data & AI organization in the UK; terms were not disclosed.

PDQ Acquires CODA Intelligence

Tecnotree Acquires CognitiveScale

Tecnotree Corporation (Espoo, Finland) has agreed to acquire CognitiveScale, an Austin-based AI engineering platform provider, to expand Tecnotree's AI/ML capabilities and accelerate 5G use-case monetization in North America. The deal is expected to contribute roughly EUR 5 million of ARR in 2023 and is subject to customary conditions, with closing expected in 2022.

Medallia Acquires Decibel
