Sikich Acquires Operating Assets of Petrow Kane Leemhuis

Sikich LLP has signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire the operating assets of Petrow Kane Leemhuis, PC, an Indianapolis-based public accounting firm. The move expands Sikich's presence in the Indianapolis market and brings approximately 12 Petrow Kane Leemhuis employees into Sikich's Indianapolis office to strengthen audit, tax and advisory capabilities.
