Volaris Group Acquires Useall

Volaris Group has acquired Useall, a Brazilian provider of enterprise management and ERP software serving the electric utility, manufacturing and distributor verticals. Useall — which supports over 1,000 client companies and tens of thousands of users — will operate as an independent business unit within the Volaris Puneet Soni Latam & Iberia portfolio to strengthen Volaris' footprint in Brazil and specialized vertical markets.
