The deal is LawnPRO's sixth acquisition and expands the platform's footprint into New England, representing its first acquisition in Massachusetts.

LawnPRO Partners, a lawn-care platform majority-owned by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Sea of Green Lawn Care, LLC, a family-owned lawn care and pest control provider serving the North Shore of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Owner Chris Mierswa sold the business to LawnPRO, which will integrate Sea of Green into its platform while preserving the brand and continuing service offerings such as fertilization, aeration, seeding, and pest control.

The deal — LawnPRO's seventh acquisition — expands the platform into New Hampshire and continues HCI's buildout of the LawnPRO regional platform; financial terms were not disclosed and the founder Matthew Scott will remain running day-to-day operations.
