The investment positions Juggernaut to expand its presence and adjacencies in the wine industry leveraging Atlas's proprietary data-driven viticulture practices and experienced management team.

Orchard & Vineyard Supply (OVS), a portfolio company of Clearview Capital Fund III, acquired Clearwater Irrigation Supply, a Salem, Oregon-based agricultural irrigation solutions provider, in early March 2022. Clearwater founder Andrey Kaya will continue to lead the business as it is integrated into OVS to expand the platform's irrigation and water-management capabilities across the Pacific Northwest.

Customer Value Partners (CVP), a Fairfax-based business and technology consulting firm, acquired Atlas Research, a Washington, D.C.-based health-focused research and consulting firm. The acquisition adds over 170 professionals and expands CVP's capabilities in research, evaluation, human capital, and federal health contract vehicles (including VHA IHT IDIQ and several HHS/FDA BPAs).

Clearview Capital Fund IV and Canopy Capital Partners, with junior capital from Northstar Capital and in partnership with management, completed a recapitalization and merger of Infinity Worlds and Belmont Partners on June 17, 2021 to create a combined retail agency called I+B. The combined business will provide sales & marketing, data analytics and account management to emerging consumer brands and private label manufacturers to expand distribution in major U.S. retailers and e-commerce channels; Clearview and Canopy plan to grow the platform through add-on acquisitions.
