Gainsight acquired Skilljar, a leading external Learning Management System (LMS) provider, to integrate customer education into its Customer OS and accelerate AI-powered, contextual learning. The acquisition (announced April 2, 2025) expands Gainsight's product capabilities, brings Skilljar's ~400+ customers into the portfolio, and follows Lincoln International serving as Skilljar's exclusive financial advisor.
