(through affiliates of its second institutional fund, Gamut Investment Fund II, L.P.) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Extreme Reach, Inc., a founder-led global creative logistics company focused on omnichannel marketing activation and production payroll/accounting solutions. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022.
