Atlanta-based Garden City Companies acquired Duncan & Sons Building Maintenance, a Knoxville-based commercial janitorial and facilities maintenance company. Garden City said it will retain existing management and expand Duncan & Sons' services across Tennessee and the broader Southeast under a buy-and-hold, employee-first approach.
