Genius Group Limited (GNS) has acquired the University of Antelope Valley (UAV), a Lancaster, California-based university, with the deal closing on July 7, 2022. Genius Group intends to grow the campus, integrate UAV into its global Genius Curriculum and build a "Metaversity" — a digital twin of UAV — to expand its accredited tertiary and vocational offerings globally.
