Concentrix Corporation has acquired SAI Digital, an end-to-end digital commerce and customer experience technology solutions provider, to strengthen its digital, AI and e-commerce capabilities across the Asia Pacific region. The deal brings SAI Digital's delivery center in Vietnam and regional expertise (notably serving Japan, Korea and Singapore) into Concentrix's APAC operations; terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires Superdigital

Accenture has acquired Superdigital, a U.S.-based social and influencer agency, and will integrate it into Accenture Song to strengthen social, influencer and short-form content capabilities. Superdigital, founded in 2013 with a team of roughly 40–60 people, will bolster Accenture Song's offerings across audience strategy, community engagement, content, commerce and measurement; financial terms were not disclosed.

ZS Acquires Digital Additive
