GI Partners acquires a majority stake in Otodata Holdings Inc.

GI Partners has closed on a majority investment in Otodata Holdings Inc., giving the Montreal-based IoT company a new majority owner. Existing investor Renovo Capital and Otodata management will retain minority stakes as Otodata expands its remote monitoring platform for distributed tank assets used globally.
