Renovo Capital acquired Otodata Wireless Network, a Montreal-based provider of remote tank monitoring and asset tracking products and services, in partnership with the company's founders. The acquisition launches a Renovo platform in industrial asset tracking and remote monitoring to expand product capabilities, pursue add-on acquisitions, and grow into additional end markets and geographies.
