KKR Provides Additional Funding to eRESI Capital

Eurazeo to Acquire Eres Group Stake from IK Partners

Eurazeo has signed an agreement to acquire the stake in French fintech Eres Group from IK Partners' IK VIII Fund; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. Eres, headquartered in Paris, is a leading provider of employee profit-sharing, retirement schemes and asset management with approximately €6.7 billion in assets under management and a distribution network of over 6,600 distributors.

LRES Corporation Acquires Keystone Asset Management

Guild Holdings Company Acquires Residential Mortgage Services Holdings (RMS)

Guild Holdings Company (Guild) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Residential Mortgage Services Holdings, Inc. (RMS), a fast-growing retail mortgage originator focused in the Northeast. The deal (estimated initial purchase price of $196.7 million based on March 31, 2021 tangible book value, plus a three-year earnout) is expected to be accretive to 2021 EPS and to close in Q3 2021, subject to customary approvals.

GI Partners Acquires Majority Stake in American Residential Services; Charlesbank and Management Reinvest

GI Partners is making a majority investment in American Residential Services (ARS), with existing investor Charlesbank Capital Partners and ARS management also making significant new investments. ARS, based in Memphis, Tennessee, operates more than 70 locally managed service centers across 23 states with approximately 6,500 employees and is the largest residential HVAC and plumbing services provider in the U.S. GI Partners said it will work with management and Charlesbank to accelerate growth and expand ARS’s national footprint both organically and via add-on acquisitions; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2020.
