Gold.com Acquires Sunshine Minting

Gold.com, Inc. announced it will acquire Sunshine Minting, Inc. in an all-cash transaction to fully bring the minting business under Gold.com’s umbrella. The deal expands Gold.com’s vertically integrated minting platform, increasing production capacity across Sunshine Minting and Silver Towne Mint and adding refining capacity via Liberty Refining.
