Cosmos Labs, the company behind the Cosmos digital ledger technology and interoperability solutions, acquired the Mintscan product suite and formed Cosmos Labs Korea Co., Ltd. (CLK) in Seoul. CLK will steward key Cosmos infrastructure components including Skip:Go, IBC Eureka, Mintscan, and the Cosmos Hub to unify ecosystem infrastructure under a single operator.

Gold.com Acquires Sunshine Minting

The deal expands Gold.com’s vertically integrated minting platform, increasing production capacity across Sunshine Minting and Silver Towne Mint and adding refining capacity via Liberty Refining.

The consideration will be paid via issuance of 24,380,000 Tokens.com common shares, subject to shareholder and NEO Exchange approval, with an expected closing in May 2023.
