Grace Hill, a provider of talent and performance management solutions for commercial and multifamily real estate and a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, has acquired The Shadow Agency, a full-service mystery shopping firm. The deal brings The Shadow Agency's mystery shopping capabilities (video, in-person, phone, virtual and internet evaluations) and employees into Grace Hill to expand its customer experience and mystery shopping offerings for multifamily, home building and retail customers.
