Grace Hill Acquires Realync

Grace Hill, a provider of technology-enabled performance solutions for commercial and multifamily real estate, has acquired Realync, a virtual touring and video communication platform for the multifamily industry. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) will integrate Realync's video and 360-degree tour technology into Grace Hill's training, performance, and analytics offerings to expand virtual leasing and resident communication capabilities.
