Granite Bridge Partners has expanded its health-technology management platform, The InterMed Group, with the acquisition of Horizon CSA, LLC, a North Carolina clinical engineering and biomedical equipment services provider. The add-on strengthens InterMed's technical capabilities and expands its presence in the southeastern and mid-Atlantic U.S.; Horizon's co-owners Mike Marrow and Dale Allman joined the transaction as sellers.
