Grant Thornton Advisors to Acquire MCA Connect

Grant Thornton Advisors LLC has signed an agreement to acquire MCA Connect, a Denver-based Microsoft consultancy focused on manufacturing and distribution digital transformation. The deal is expected to close in early Q3 2026 (around “over the summer” in some coverage), subject to customary closing conditions, and MCA Connect’s ~350 professionals are expected to join Grant Thornton Advisors’ Denver office.
