GrayMatter, a Pittsburgh-based industrial technology company and portfolio company of Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners, has acquired HTSE, Inc., a Portage, Michigan-based provider of process automation and systems-integration services. The add-on expands GrayMatter's Industrial Intelligence platform by adding HTSE's automation engineering capabilities and customer relationships in pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, chemical and manufacturing sectors.
