GrayMatter announced it has acquired New Frontier Technologies (NFT), a Kansas City-based industrial automation specialist. The deal strengthens GrayMatter’s Industrial Automation pillar by expanding capabilities across oil and gas, process industries, and data centers while establishing GrayMatter’s first dedicated presence in the Kansas City metro and growing its team to more than 500 people.
