Apogee announced that it completed the acquisition on September 18, 2026, following satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Calibre Scientific has acquired Greenwood Products, a U.S. manufacturer and provider of laboratory glass and plastic bottles, vials, tubes and other consumables headquartered in Piscataway, New Jersey. The acquisition adds Greenwood's five U.S. manufacturing and warehouse facilities to Calibre's portfolio, expanding its U.S. manufacturing footprint and broadening its product offering across end markets such as environmental testing, pharmaceuticals, and food & flavors.

Bregal Unternehmerkapital Acquires STP from Hg

Bregal Unternehmerkapital has agreed to acquire STP, a Karlsruhe-based legal tech provider, from Hg. STP — which employs around 200 people and serves over 1,800 customers with workflow automation, ERP, outsourcing and data solutions for insolvency and legal practitioners — will partner with Bregal to accelerate new product and service introductions; terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary approvals.

STG Logistics Acquires Veeco Holdings

Wind Point Partners portfolio company STG Logistics has acquired Veeco Holdings to expand STG's container freight station (CFS) and contract logistics capabilities on the U.S. East Coast. Veeco's management will remain and join STG's operations team, and STG plans to consolidate the majority of its New Jersey operations into Veeco's North Bergen footprint.
