H.I.G. Capital Acquires Phoenix ME Limited

H.I.G. Capital, through an affiliate, has completed the acquisition of Phoenix ME Limited, a UK-based provider of integrated mechanical & electrical engineering services. Phoenix’s founder and CEO Lee Compton will reinvest alongside H.I.G., while the existing management team remains in place and Jim Arnold joins as Chairman to support Phoenix’s next phase of growth.
