BIGG Digital Assets Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of TerraZero Technologies Inc. for approximately 62 million BIGG common shares (valued at about $20 million), with closing expected in September 2023 subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
