Halle Capital-backed True Environmental has acquired Sphere 3 Environmental, a Longview, Texas-based full-service environmental consulting firm. The deal adds Sphere 3's multidisciplinary consulting capabilities to True's platform as part of its strategy to build a national environmental consulting and engineering platform and to facilitate ownership transition and growth for founder- and employee-owned firms.
