Halle Capital-backed True Environmental Acquires Triton Environmental, Inc.

True Environmental, a platform backed by Halle Capital, has acquired Triton Environmental, Inc., a full-service environmental consulting and engineering firm based in Guilford, Connecticut. The deal is an add-on to True’s platform to expand capabilities and accelerate growth while providing a liquidity pathway for Triton’s ownership; Triton’s founder Chris Marchesi will remain during a transition period.
