HALO, a global leader in branded merchandise and corporate apparel, has acquired Captiv8 Promotions, a New York–based promotional products distributor. The deal expands HALO's footprint and capabilities in the New York City market; Captiv8's president Larry Shapiro will continue as Senior Vice President of Sales and the Captiv8 team will maintain their Manhattan presence.
