HBS is a Little Chute, Wisconsin–based IT services provider with 675+ employees serving 3,200+ customers across the Midwest; GenNx360 will partner with HBS management as founder Peter Helander retires and Jimmy Buddenberg becomes CEO.

TA Associates and Montagu Become Co-Controlling Shareholders of Harvest

HelpSystems Acquires GlobalSCAPE

HelpSystems completed a cash tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of GlobalSCAPE at $9.50 per share, accepting approximately 14.9 million shares (about 78.8% of outstanding). GlobalSCAPE will become a wholly owned subsidiary of HelpSystems and be integrated into its data security and automation portfolio to expand managed file transfer and secure data movement capabilities.

Harvest Partners SCF, LP led a non-control growth investment in Advancing Eyecare Holdings, Inc., the Atlantic Street Capital-backed ophthalmic instrument distributor formed from Lombart Instrument and Marco Ophthalmic. Proceeds were used to fund the strategic merger; Atlantic Street Capital remains the majority shareholder and HP SCF gained board representation. Terms were not disclosed.
