Health & Safety Institute (HSI), a provider of EHS software, training and compliance services (majority-owned by Waud Capital Partners), acquired Martech Media, Inc., an industrial technologies training and e‑learning provider. The acquisition adds Martech Media’s interactive industrial curriculum and training professionals to HSI’s platform to expand HSI’s industrial technical training and workforce development capabilities.
