HealthDrive Corp. acquired Georgia Long-Term Care 26 Consulting (GLTCC) to expand HealthDrive’s footprint into the Georgia market and strengthen its Southeast presence. GLTCC, which provides physician services to long-term care communities across Georgia, will join HealthDrive’s platform for scale, technology, and operational support. Tower Partners acted as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor; legal representation was provided by Krevolin & Horst (for GLTCC) and Koley Jessen (for HealthDrive).
