Heartland Paving Partners has acquired Poblocki Paving Corporation, a Wisconsin-based provider of asphalt and concrete paving, maintenance, and repair services. The deal expands Heartland's footprint in the Upper Midwest and Northeast; Poblocki will operate as a Heartland Paving Partner and gain access to Heartland's resources. Heartland is a platform investment of Soundcore Capital Partners.
