Heidelberg Materials North America Acquires Carver Sand & Gravel

The deal includes four quarries, three sand and gravel pits, a trucking business, two asphalt plants, roughly 70 million metric tons of reserves and about 200 employees, and is positioned as a bolt-on to expand Heidelberg's footprint in the New York market.

The transactions, which together with a prior acquisition total approximately $380 million in purchase price and expected post-synergy EBITDA of roughly $50 million, strengthen Heidelberg's regional footprint and circular construction capabilities.
