Helix Traffic Solutions Acquires IDAX Data Solutions

Helix Traffic Solutions has acquired IDAX Data Solutions, a Renton, Washington–based provider of multimodal traffic data and analytics, to expand Helix's transportation analytics and data-driven service offerings. The acquisition integrates IDAX's data-collection and analytics capabilities into Helix's traffic control and work-zone management services to deliver more comprehensive solutions for municipal, state, and private-sector clients.
