Westcap Mgt. Ltd. has exited its investment in Modular Driven Technologies LP (MDT), with the company's management team leading the bid to acquire the business and continuing to run operations. Westcap invested in MDT in 2018 and completed the divestiture in 2022 after a period of strong operational performance for the precision-engineering manufacturer of rifle components.
