Sanzonate Holdings Acquires Zone Frontier’s Legacy Cleaning Products Business

Zone Frontier sold its legacy aqueous ozone cleaning products business, including wholly owned subsidiary CleanCore Global Limited, to Sanzonate Holdings LLC, an entity controlled by Zone Frontier’s former CEO Clayton Adams. The sale included a $3.35 million secured promissory note, potential earnout payments, a retained 5% equity interest in Sanzonate, and approximately $844,000 transferred for working capital; it also allows Zone Frontier to exit a business that had consumed about $3 million in cash annually and refocus on AI infrastructure.

Summa Equity Fund II and Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division have each agreed to acquire a 33% ownership stake in EcoOnline from selling shareholders including Summa Equity Fund I and Viking Venture, securing new capital to support the company's international expansion. The transaction, which keeps Summa Equity as a controlling shareholder, will fund organic and acquisition-based growth of EcoOnline's HSEQ SaaS platform and is subject to antitrust approval.
