Funds advised by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital have signed an agreement to sell 100% of the shares in stp.one to Septeo. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Téthys Invest and GIC take minority stakes in Septeo Group

French legal- and real-estate-focused software group Septeo has agreed to welcome two new minority investors — Téthys Invest (the Bettencourt‑Meyers family holding) and GIC — alongside existing majority investor Hg and management. The minority investment will fund continued R&D (including its AI "Brain" program) and support Septeo’s growth and expansion across France and Europe; the deal values the group at over €3 billion and Septeo reported ~€420m revenue and ~3,100 employees in 2024.
