Hitachi Vantara Acquires Io-Tahoe

Hitachi Vantara has acquired Io-Tahoe, a data automation and governance software company that was a subsidiary of Centrica. The acquisition will integrate Io-Tahoe’s AI-driven data quality, lineage and governance capabilities into Hitachi’s Lumada DataOps Suite to strengthen enterprise and industrial IoT data management and compliance offerings.
