Homewerks Acquires GTR Technologies

Homewerks Worldwide, an H.I.G. Capital portfolio company, completed its acquisition of GTR Technologies, a Port Orchard, Washington-based designer and provider of ventilation fans, switches, access panels, and related home improvement products. The add-on expands Homewerks’ HVAC and ventilation product offerings and builds on its retail, wholesale, distribution, and supply-chain capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
